1. Can an order be custom made? 

We currently are no longer taking custom orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Are the bonnets suitable for infants?

Yes, under adult supervision as it can pose a safety risk. Monitor infant while wearing bonnet at all times. Please use at your own discretion. 

3. How long before I receive my order?

Because each bonnet is handmade, please allow 7-14 business days for processing (excluding holidays and weekends) prior to shipping. Once shipped, you will receive an update on your order with tracking information for USPS. 

4. Are the bonnets machine washable?

Hand-washing with preferred but they can be machine-washed using the delicate cycle and air-drying.

5. I haven't received any update on my order. Has it been shipped yet?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (please allow at least 24hrs prior to any update in USPS's system). 

6. The bonnet I ordered is too small/large. How can that be fixed?

Please contact us within 14 business days and we will be happy to adjust the size for you (the sender will be responsible for shipping fee). It can be sent via first class through USPS to PO BOX 2966, Dublin, CA 94568.

7. What are business hours? 

Mon-Fri 8am-7pm. Emails may be answered outside of business hours at our discretion.

8. May I get a refund or cancel my order?

Due to the custom nature of our bonnets, refunds/cancellations are unable to be processed. If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us within 14 business days and we'll be more than happy to discuss possible solutions.

9. I ordered the wrong size. May I exchange it?

If the item is not a personalized item, it may be exchanged within 14 business days as long as it's in original packaging and has not been worn.

10. My order is a gift. May I provide a personalized note with the order for the recipient?

Yes! In the notes section at checkout, please indicate this is gift and include what you'd like the message to say.

11. I am interested in the wholesale program. How do I receive more information regarding minimum quantity to be ordered and pricing?

12. Do you do international shipping and APO/FPO Military Mail?

Yes.

13. I placed an order and then received a refund. Why is that?

The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out.
